Bruse rushed out of the Headquarters, having just sent out word of the mysterious package being opened. A flood of demons had swarmed out in an explosive wave of darkness and shadows. He had to do something, he couldn't just wait around until his demon assassin found him unawares.

Coming out into the training arena, he slowed his pace until he was standing in the middle of the clearing, trying to peer through the darkness. At first all was quiet, until suddenly a hiss came from behind him. Spinning around, he found himself face to face with his counterpart, a rather nasty parasitic worm demon, more than double his own size. There was no way Bruse was going to be able to eat this demon in one bite like he usually could, he knew it.

But he had to try. Lunging forward, he bit down hard on the demon's slimy body and tried to rip and tear at it with his teeth and claws. As he did so, Bruse felt two sudden painful stabs to both sides of his body followed by his spirit blood immediately beginning to drain out of him.
"Pathetic Defender Ghost, you don't sssssstand a chance" the creature hissed
But Bruse wasn't giving up just yet. Using what strength he had left, Bruse began to counter the demon's feeding with his own, draining his stolen energy out of the demon as fast as he could. The two became locked in a battle of who could drain the other faster, and Bruse was not about to let this filthy demon out-drain him on his own turf. Not this time.

Finally, Mission 4 completed! Bruse found his demon assassin/counterpart in the DG Training Arena and the two of them have a bit of an arena tussle lol
Of course, Bruse wins in the end, having drained the demon before the demon could drain him until there was nothing left but a pile of slime and worm goo. EEEwwwwww lol

Dunno how long this took, but I want to guess around 10 hours or so, on and off working on it.
